LOCA Members must have their waste water system pumped or inspected within a 5 year period, although the State of NJ suggests every 3 years and LOCA prefers the 3 year pumping as well.

As noted in section 7 of the New Member application, a properly functioning septic system is required to become a member of LOCA.  A certified onsite subsurface sewage disposal, "septic", system inspection report, including the inspector's certification number is required to be supplied with the application.
