As soon as the lake thawed completely at the end of March, the DEP returned to finish their clean up. The booms were removed and the shoreline was washed. The DEP saw no evidence of oil in the lake or shoreline. Should anyone see oil sheen or smell a STRONG heating oil odor you are asked to call Brad Batastini-973-948-0160.
